fine furniture, bedding and flooring. Waltman Furniture has been serving the Butler and
surrounding communities for more than 60 years, starting in 1951 with a 4,000-square-foot
showroom under the leadership of V. F. Waltman.
V.F.’s son, Frank Waltman, began working for the company in 1972, became president
in 1982 and is entering his 30th year. The store has continued to grow to its current seven
floor 50,000-square-foot spacious location. Located in beautiful downtown Chicora, Waltman
Furniture offers all the major brands of furniture, bedding and flooring and maintains
40,000-square-feet of inventory at its warehouse.
